What is Reiki? What Is IET?
Both Reiki and IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) are forms of ENERGY HEALING THERAPY. Energy therapy is the gentle art of clearing cellular memory through the human energy field-the electromagnetic field that surrounds the body. It is based on the concept of connection between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts of our human selves. Energetic healing can also help identify “issues” before they manifest as pain or similar distortions in the physical body. It promotes a profound sense of calm, rejuvenation and facilitates our body's innate healing mechanisms

What she said was spot on. I was recovering from a series of bad relationships and abuse and I carried those emotional cords with me into every relationship.
After my session with Anna, I felt a rush of energy in my lower two chakras. Afterwards, I felt dazed. My energy levels felt disturbed and unsettled. My emotions progressed from feeling calm, to teary, to elated, to vulnerable and wanting affection (which is so not me), then to disturbed and wanting to retreat. After a few days, my body adjusted itself to the new level of energy. I also felt closer to nature, and gained so much energy and peace from the energy work experience. I know it sounds silly but my dogs and other animals who are very perceptive to energy, wanted to be close to me. In early 2015, I had a session with Anna when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. I felt I needed Anna's assistance to lift some of the negative burden I had weighing on my shoulders. We discussed the reason for my session in her therapy room which was very comfortable and lit with scented candles. Next, I got on the table where Anna worked on my stress points. The focus seemed to be on my stomach where I assumed I was holding all my stress. I felt the lifting of my "troubles". They traveled up,out and through her hands-away from my stomach area.
