“Lessons & Gifts of 2024/2025- Collective

The Main lesson of 2024 gifted by Gebo, emphasized the importance of partnerships & boundaries built on mutual respect and trust. These interactions were meant to be meaningful & mutually beneficial, leaving both parties transformed. The joining of powers, rooted in trade & reciprocity, required acceptance and willing sacrifice from each party to gain greater benefits from their union. Through these exchanges, knowledge, skills, ideas, and powers could be shared between allies who were eager to learn from each other. Fair compensation remained crucial to prevent resentment from weakening both the bond and its benefits. This reflects the Universal law that “you get what you give”. During Hurricane Helene, we witnessed this principle as people felt compelled to help others, sacrificing their time & resources. Their genuine assistance, offered without expectation of return, demonstrated how authentic generosity creates lasting positive impact.

The blessing of 2024 confirmed who would stand by us in difficult times-when set adrift out to sea. While navigating alone allowed us to process our emotions & thoughts, sometimes we needed to “go with the flow” trusting that the pieces would eventually fit together. At other times, we had to chart our own course. A lonely process at times, but there’s no looking back now. This journey also required patience rather than forcing our way through obstacles, waiting for paths to naturally clear.

As we enter 2025, Dagaz, the rune of dawn, heralds a period of transition & revelation. This positive symbol represents the cyclical nature of existence, bold change, & the transformation of one thing into its opposite. As night morphs into day, shadows fade & new light reveals remaining secrets. In this clarity, we see new worlds, new possibilities & new opportunities arise as others fade away. Bringing subtle yet incremental changes, transforming living conditions and evolving toward greater harmony, while providing understanding of problems that remained obscure until now. From this illuminated perspective, we can chart a new course & plan for the future.

This brings us to the blessing 2025 promises: Fork in the Road- a moment of truth requiring conscious, honest choices & acceptance of their consequences. While there are paths pointing backward & sideways, only one leads forward. This choice must be made independently, without allowing external circumstances to decide. Remaining in indecision or anxiety isn't an option, as only ONE path leads forward to improved circumstances.

Overall energy represented by both the 4 dice & the Fork in the Road (reduced to 4) indicates breaking past what limits us to re-carve a new sense of stability elsewhere.
