Although your leadership, abilities & drive will be recognized, you may have to tone down your ambition a little bit. Since the theme of the 1st house is who you are & how you project yourself into the world, you run the risk of being viewed as bossy or domineering. There’s a chance you could come off as overwhelming & end up irritating the exact people you are striving to impress. Consider how you are you appearing to this other person? Is that the image you want to portray?  In your intense desire to climb the ladder of success, you could rub some influential people the wrong way thereby undercutting your potential or reputation. This challenging aspect to an unchecked ego could slow down your progress & be the proverbial stick in the spoke of your wheel. In regard to your peers, is there a danger of possibly steamrolling other’s plans or desires in favor of your own ambition? Be aware, there are others involved in this vision and they have just as much talent & drive as you. Most likely, you’ll end up working together as a team, so remember to weigh the feelings & viewpoints of the other members. So instead of “coming in hot” thinking you’re going to run the show, you’d do better to learn the art of collaboration & make allies. There’s much to learn from them but you have much to teach as well. You will build better relationships by being committed to working toward a common purpose. Collaborating with those who can put you further down the road you are traveling, advancing a project, goal or progress especially your own career, reputation, ambition.

Understand your position within the team dynamic. Watch your own ambitions and placing yourself inappropriately in a place of authority. Avoiding stepping on toes of the leader but instead learn from them. If you’re the leader, consider integrating different points of view into one action to build something of quality. You’ve worked too hard and come too far just to spoil it now. If you can overcome this potential obstacle by exhibiting balance & checking yourself (before you wreck yourself) you’ll do fine & learn much as a result.
