Week of October 2, 2022
“Expand your Wellness Choices”

Spread:
Keep: Protection, Rest & Rejuvenation (reversed) w/ 3 of Wands
Let go: Courage, Contract & Queen of Wands (reversed)
Give a try: Progress, Victory & Page Of Cups (reversed)
This week, the Wands appear to bring attention to health, body & wellness concerns as well as innovations or advancements you may have been blind to since last October. Echinacea speaks to a need to take a more active role in strengthening your inner defenses (immune system) and calls attention to where you are out of balance & in need of supplementation. Coming into the season ahead, one can’t take a day off on their well-being. In fact, there’s a call to boost your health game to maintain physical vitality. By not expanding your regiment, it may lead to weakness & disappointment. Whether that means adding supplements, incorporating a better diet or striving to make time for your body to rest, know that whatever has worked for you in the past may not be successful this time. Everything doesn’t work for everyone every time, and what was once effective, may need to be switched up. Consider alternatives and avoid being married to any one means of defense. In addition to health & wellness, the Wands also represent innovation & growth and since it’s here with the ladder of Progress, it points to inner & outer advancements. There perhaps was a time you never would’ve considered other options. But enough time has progressed to show the successful results of other treatments or methods of wellness that perhaps it’s now time to give it a go. You are being asked to loosen up & let go of your stubbornness-of the tenacious energy invested in a particular way as the ONLY way. The Queen of Wands in reversed presents an energy of capitulation or yielding to some other method while keeping realistic expectations. Open your mind, do some research and thoughtfully consider what successfully worked for others.
