“Cross Purposes and The Shadows”

This week we have TWO lustful, craving, desiring cards, TWO moving into action or planning cards, & ONE card of diligence & preparedness. Yerbe Mate, lust in motion, speaks to hunger and the energetic & persistent pursuit of winning that which you desire. Moving past the thinking or planning stage of the 2 into the “taking action” stage of 3. While you are off pursuing your heart’s desire, be mindful that another is pursuing their own at cross purposes. Yerbe Mate advises that physical action needs to be undertaken as hesitation or inaction will result in a loss. Deceit warns of some deception hiding in the shadow. A person, either personally or professionally, utilizing hidden tactics or manipulation to throw you off path. Deceit reduces to 7 which shows our desires & how we get what we want. It’s the evaluation of the level of satisfaction one presently has. Here this dissatisfied, covetous person is eyeing or lusting over what you have. This you cannot change but what is in your power to change is your level of preparedness & the extra knowledge needed to execute a plan to stay safe & your person & property intact. This new & useful information “leading to higher understanding” could come from either yourself through your own research or from a female friend of say the latest scam or troublesome area of travel since we have the Journey card here. Keep an eye on your valuables -whether it be money, your reputation, personal data, or anything you wouldn’t want stolen. Maintaining integrity of information is also stressed here, suggesting a change of password. Returning to the Journey card, it speaks to movement, travel, & relocation. So, whether it’s a vacation, a move, or running errands know your surroundings, study your route & don’t fall for distractions. Use your head & keep your wits about you when out & about as some could see you as vulnerable when away from your familiar environment. Something could be lifted while you’re on the move; secure your valuables while traveling, your data while away from a trusted server, and be mindful of distractions so you aren’t pickpocketed. This in effect over the next 3 days, weeks or months.
