“The Worst is Over”

What could no longer be denied nor avoided as come to pass with devastating effects. The situation had to change or be gone and gone it has. It was not easy nor comfortable but necessary. The signs were there; broadcasting its imminent arrival and it sure a good job of stirring up some drama. Things are probably flipped on its ear and there’s significant clean-up to be done in its wake. In the positive, it may have uncovered hidden things. Those that outlived their helpfulness as well as treasures that will sustain you in the rebuilding phase. What did not work out well was your failure to go with the flow or your denial as to what was coming whether you were ready or not. Perhaps your pride or fear created a state of rigidity. “I will not be moved by this” Perhaps you wanted it to come to your way of thinking. It was your way or the highway. Resistance was futile and it caused suffering. But despite this upheaval, life goes on & it requires our participation. We still have to get out there and be a part of it. Thankfully dark days pass and sunny moments can be found that carry us through. Grab opportunities to savor the sweetness where you can find them. We can still appreciate what’s good & light and notice the beauty in life despite the rough spots. Sunny days are ahead. Participate in Life- the more you give the more you get out. More you love the more love that’s returned to you.
