Remember that while you look for the chance to benefit from the generosity of others to get to the next level, there’s no way to force another to give you something even if you think you deserve it. You can’t control whether one decides to bestow their time, attention, good will, opportunity or resources ($$$) on you or not. You may question the fairness of it as others receive what you think should have been yours. Conversely, if it’s you giving to those with their hands out, you can only give so much. You’re only capable of giving what you can. Hopefully, they will be appreciative of it but you can’t control that either. What you might not be aware of is that your independent style & effectiveness are being recognized. By “doing you”, you are noticed by those in leadership & management. Actually, you’re well-respected by those in higher positions and they admire your strong principles and straightforward manner. You can confidently develop & express your originality. Stay undeterred and feel free to pursue with enthusiasm what “floats your boat”. By following what inspires you, it will bring you the rewards you seek, financial fulfillment & just compensation thereby shifting you to a new level of wholeness- of actual growth.
