Guidance to 2026: 
“2026: Moving Past the Breaking Point ”

2026 calls us to remember our humanity and work together. The scales demand balance in all things—we cannot tip too far in any direction without losing our equilibrium. Though we face theft, deception, and systemic oppression that keeps us desperate and divided, we will reach a breaking point that catalyzes action. No more martyrdom, no more waiting for saviors. We must put down the cross, trust our instincts, and create fundamental change together. Slowly but surely, through cooperation, resourcefulness, and discipline, we will build new stability and move away from dependency on systems designed to exploit us. The work is difficult, the path unclear, but the wheels are already in motion.

South Node: Releasing the past, letting go, and anything you're moving away from. Patterns or behaviors you need to release or transcend.  Our comfort zone or default mode. It feels familiar, easy, and automatic but an over-relying on South Node energies can lead to stagnation – stuck in what no longer serves your soul's growth.

Cancer: Sign of Cancer- your family & home, including your country. Patriotism, protection, safeguarding, personal security & emotional comfort all Cancerian concepts.

4: Focus will be on stability & safety in our home. On your immediate surroundings

Theme- 1 & 6 :  Person working solo against the limitations of others. Could also refer to us individually- where we aren’t looking at reality- where we escape, are in denial, or refuse to face the hard truth. 

One person up against the mob. Man against the machine. The individual against the system.

2026, a dynamic year of new beginnings or a new direction (2+0+2+6=1)

What separates us from animals is our refined intellect—our ability to reason, our conscious awareness, and our role as co-creators with the Divine. 2026 will call for humanity to work in cooperation towards a common goal. Mannaz is human stuff- our motivations & interactions with each other, and there'll be a need to forget our differences, acknowledging that we'll require the talents of others to navigate the year ahead. We will see a need to combine forces and show support, pulling us from our selfishness, bigotry, and isolation bubbles. No one can exist within a vacuum or echo chamber.

We are called to bring our individual talents, gifts, and skills that could benefit humanity—constructive, helpful, valuable contributions—to create something greater than ourselves. Themes of getting help from others and offering help to others emerge. At times, we may be challenged to find the positive aspects of humanity, but we'll only continue feeding the hatred if we close ourselves off.

The Focus: The Scales

​Similar to the Temperance card in Tarot, The Scales teach prudence and moderation to navigate the year ahead. We are measuring our level of tolerance—both our own and others' limitations—in matters of what's fair, balanced, just, and right.  Righting the scales that have been tipped against us while also being warned against going to extremes. The emphasis is on maintaining a delicate balance in managing conflicts and disparity; applying too much pressure on either side would collapse the equilibrium we seek to create.

Current State State: 5 of Coins with 7 of Swords (clarified by 10 of Disks)

There’s currently changes in how we relate to money, health, work, and perhaps to each other. Lonely, desperate, consumed in our own state of misery or discomfort—there's a loss of direction. Many are experiencing hard times: loss of jobs, savings, health, struggling to cope with the degeneration and corruption of life currently. It's in moments like this where we call upon the power of the Holy Spirit for grace, help, and direction.

Crafty thievery. Cunning theft—I don't think we are fully aware of how disadvantaged we are. Resources and finances are in a delicate state. We're being maneuvered in a shell game, feeling the need to think outside the box just to get our daily bread. There's a collective spiritual bankruptcy where stealing is allowed. Victory has been successfully accomplished by those perpetrating this act. We're pushed to cleverly navigate this tricky circumstance with grace and wisdom, though both may be hard to come by—we're coming up empty.

Questionable activity regarding our resources while everyday people suffer. Money is spirited away, none the wiser—"look here, not over there." Family finances lost in an underhanded way. Material stability undermined by shady dealings—who gets the lion's share? This is a desperate situation because of mismanaging and greed. Others are using strategy against our best interest, strategically and covertly grabbing all that they can in an underhanded, self-serving way. They're taking advantage of a situation at the expense of others. Hiding the truth, two-faced, betrayal.

When I asked who is stealing, the Lord of Wealth (10 of Disks) appeared—those who have much to begin with and have had it for generations. They've been doing this for years, so much so they've successfully built a heritage doing just this.

Obstacle: 8 of Coins Reversed & The Moon:

Failing to look at the fine print could make us more lost than we are now. Loss of jobs and employment leads to further desperation, disillusionment, and apathy. Some aren't working to their potential—underemployment is rampant. There's a lack of drive, ambition, and certainty. With the 7 of Swords and The Moon, we have deception and secrecy, theft and lies about it.

So how do we overcome this off-balance, apathetic fog of confusion? We aren't getting the full picture here, especially regarding the job market. There's job and financial insecurity, and we aren't being told the truth about any of it.

Advice: Excess (Tao Oracle 28) - Hanged Man Reversed, Symbolon Holy Grail:

Pressure creates a diamond. When it becomes too much, people will jump into action. Until they reach the breaking point, they won't wake up and realize the treason. Not until they tire of being so limited—hands tied and put upon—will they attempt to break from the betrayal and treachery against them. The realization can be just as stressful as the ordeal itself.

The Holy Grail is Pisces energy—we are urged not to bend under the crushing weight of these pressures, not to dissolve or get hung up looking for a savior, but to move forward. Something needs to be let go and no longer endured like a martyr. This pressure can act as a catalyst to break free from this burden and move towards creating fundamental change. The Hanged Man reversed calls for a shift from being passive to becoming active—to stop resisting the necessary system change. We are urged to put down the cross and take action. Once you've committed to the conclusion that "this is too much—I've reached the breaking point," you've reached critical mass. This is a time of action, no longer bearing or taking on another stone until we are flattened with broken backs.

The Hanged Man reversed can speak to selfishness and self-pity Acknowledge the role you may have played in this situation through the quest for more and more. Search for your own salvation rather than waiting on false prophets or saviors. Search for meaning and a desire to return to simpler, more natural needs. There's got to be something better than what we are painfully enduring. At the moment, it is a puzzle. There are no definitive answers, but it cannot continue as it is.

Truth is neither pleasant nor convenient. The Holy Grail’s Aquarius energy means breaking free from unnecessary, excessive, oppressive, or dated patterns. We seek our own meaning—the free will choice of no longer conforming to oppressive situations that unfairly benefit some and not most people. Pisces explores the unknown, seeking unformed solutions or answers that don't yet exist. Typically, to form an answer, you must have a point of reference from experience. But what if the answer lies outside of that? Something beyond our comprehension? Something beyond our present point of reference? We stand at the very center of this turning point. The 7 of Swords points to out-of-the-box thinking necessary to escape a jam or gain an advantage. Pisces is mutable—"what was is no more."

Outcome: Knight of Disks with 9 of Disks Reversed:

The Knight of Disks represents an active process in finance, wealth, and property. He's developing the discipline to build stability and encouraging us to work together away from dependency on an oppressive system. Self-confident and organized, he's prepared to move forward practically, methodically, and responsibly.

​

Finally, we see movement, but it is cautious and thoughtful—slow and steady. The Knight of Disks realizes the value of moving away from dependency. Slowly but surely, we move from depressive disconnection to working with others—together we can move mountains. Help comes from community rather than solitude—pooling resources like plots of land or co-op farming. There's an awareness that we need each other to bring this financial situation into balance again.

Despite the fear of the old system falling away, we're moving from squandering resources toward consolidating them, from ill-conceived vanity projects toward the practical. Those codependent on this failing system will learn to be more resourceful and enterprising, actively creating their own assets—money, work, connections that produce value. The 9 of Disks reversed shows the dissolving is stalling, taking its time, but the wheels are in motion to build something new. Stability is coming into view, still in its growing stage and needing fierce protection.
